After 45 years of practice, I am closing my office effective July 31, 2022. I will continue to work from my home on some residual matters; and will be available to do some estate planning and administration, as well as assisting existing clients on smaller matters. However, I want to spend more time with my wife, our children and our grandchildren.

Driving guidance and parking information when traveling to Mark’s office at 1325 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA, 98101

The parking garage address is 315 Union St, Seattle, WA 98101. Specific directions are as follows:

From South of Seattle / traveling North on I-5:

  • Seneca Street Exit
  • Immediate right onto 6th Avenue
  • Left onto Union Street.
  • Left into Puget Sound Plaza garage between 4th and 3rd Avenues (entrance next to “Seattle Vision” storefront)

From North of Seattle (or from Eastside via SR-520 west) / traveling South on I-5:

  • Union Street Exit (#165B).
  • Proceed straight through four lights (.3 miles).
  • Left into Puget Sound Plaza garage between 4th and 3rd Avenues (entrance next to “Seattle Vision” storefront).

From Eastside via I-90 west:

  • Exit 2C toward I-5 North (Vancouver, BC).
  • Follow signs to Madison St / Convention Center.
  • Left on Madison St.
  • Right onto 4th Avenue
  • Left onto Union St.
  • Left into Puget Sound Plaza garage between 4th and 3rd Avenues (entrance next to “Seattle Vision” storefront)

Once parked, follow the signs to the “Puget Sound Plaza lobby” and take the elevators to the 9th floor – our suite entrance is immediately outside the elevator (#940). We will validate your parking.
